Overall Satisfaction with Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud
We generally use Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud to streamline social media management, customer engagement. It addresses business problems like fragmented customer data, inefficient marketing campaigns, and poor customer service.

- In my experience, some comments in public cannot be seen or, was unable to sync with Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud . This doesn't often happen but there could be a handful sometimes.
- It's a good platform to address many social media app, one-at-a-time.
Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud has better social media management features vs. the competitor. It helps us with multible brands/geography with all other campaigns we have. Our CS and Marketing teams are able to utilize this platform better.
