Use Cases and Deployment Scope

To schedule facebook and Instagram content, preview feed and view analytics. This helps us get ahead of schedule in marketing, make sure our overall aesthetic is cohesive and brand appropriate and see the results of that planning.

Usability

It's not intuitive like other schedulers (Sprout Social, Instagram's planner), in my opinion, but it's feed previewer is unmatched and important to me.

Alternatives Considered

Sprout Social and Instagram for Business

Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud feed previewer is the best, but it's user-friendliness, scheduled post previewing, cropping and other details have not been as enjoyable as I've found.

Likelihood to Recommend

It's well suited for scheduling and feed planning as a whole. In my opinion, set up is not intuitive and support can be frustrating when a single question is responded to with "schedule a 30 minute demo". In my experience, I've also been told sales would follow up on that demo and they haven't, so things have gone unresolved unless I'm following up.
