They have always been very helpful and helped us create reports or dashboards for each situation that came up and for various requests from upper management. The only times they were unable to help was when we asked for capabilities beyond what was currently available on the solution. Having a meeting on the calendar every month is a good idea as they sometimes will give you ideas on what's new, best practice and useful.
we use Talkwalker in conjunction with Emplifi as together they seem to provide the most complete picture. Talkwalker provides a very in-depth listening tool which has helped in some situations a lot more.

Fantastic tool to start your social media listening; easy to build out dashboards to monitor and summarize performance vs competition, across various platforms and regions. We have found it to be optimal tool to measure various performance metrics by channel and all together. Also cost effective compared to other tools out there. Publishing is easy to use as well. Listening capabilities perhaps has to improve compared to others in the space.
