Overall Satisfaction with EMS Software

We use the application to manage room, catering, parking and hoteling. EMS addresses the business requirement to manage meeting space. It also helps us to organize parking spaces for over 700 employees.
  • The software, along with our room signage hardware, displays room occupancy details.
  • Eliminates booking conflicts
  • Helps with budgetary projections for catering
  • Simple APIs for partners
  • Provide information about upcoming releases In advance
  • More work is needed on seemless Outlook integration
  • Catering processes have been streamlined and manual process have been eliminated
  • Administrative hours were cut drastically with the addition of room signage. No more hard printed reservations taped to conference doors.
  • Automated parking assignments eliminate complex excel spreadsheets
EMS has more configurable modules that suites the customers needs. The technology partners pool is vast and allows for more flexibility.
A few of the expected rollouts ha e been delayed after introduced to the customer. Requirements for planned releases were descoped.
For our usage it’s just the right fit. We are in the process of expanding requirements but the have not been defined at this point.
EMS does its job on room capture details, floor plans, setups, technology (Skype rooms etc). Managing and displaying reservations is seamless and the usage reports are great.
