Overall Satisfaction with EMS Software

EMS is currently being used to manage the rooms and spaces that are in the Student Center and other spaces on campus. It is used on main campus and the Medical School.
  • Does not allow for double booking
  • Saves valuable time for staff
  • Allows for easy use and visibility
  • It still looks a little hard. Softer lines, flashier look might be nice
  • Can be slow
  • Keeps multiple windows open. I wish it would close them when you move to another one.
  • It has cut the time in half for making reservations.
  • It allows customers to make their own reservations online. No more back and forth!
  • It allows us to manage our space and processes to a higher level.
EMS was miles above the rest. It is much easier to navigate and use. It also is an incredible resource to have
It can be as big as you want or as small as you want. We use it for multiple locations with multiple web templates.
It is just right. I can customize it to do so many things. So amazing.
It is amazing for event management and space flexibility. I highly suggest it if you have multiple resources, spaces and people viewing the space
