Overall Satisfaction with EMS Software

I use EMS Software for academic classroom scheduling and external group meetings. We do not use EMS across our whole organization. We actually underutilize EMS.
  • Book Reservations
  • Create and Invoices
  • Store Booking Details
  • Schedule the proper classrooms
  • Creat agreements and confirmations
  • EMS does so much that I have yet to discover so I feel like there is no current functionality it does not meet for my organization.
  • I would like to receive updates on new functions in EMS for every user of the system.
  • Notifications from EMS when they are launching a new app.
  • EMS plays a vital role in my day to day activities in creating space for classes and meetings.
  • EMS has made it easy for my Admin, IT and Finance departments to communicate reports.
  • EMS creates an easy overall experience with all that it does to create collaborative opportunities for departments to communicate information.
EMS is the very first software of its kind that I’ve had the honor of working with. Based on what I’ve heard being at EMS Live 2018, this sounds like the best out there.
Currently, I’ve been able to run my Academic Suite and Administrative functions through having EMS. It has made it smooth for me to book rooms and meeting space for Academic Class, Internal and External meetings. I am totally geeked about learning all the things EMS Software does that I can implement in the workplace and on campus to create collaborative opportunities for the students, faculty, staff, and guests I service daily. Thank you.
I think EMS has a very flexible configurable process that makes it easy for its users to create a system for each department and everyday users.
I would highly recommend EMS Software to my colleagues and campus of the state system because of its multifunctional capabilities. EMS Software makes it simple to interact within the organization to create reports and get data necessary for growth and opportunity.
