Overall Satisfaction with EMS Software

EMS is used for scheduling five different facilities on campus that are non-academic spaces. Our main use is for scheduling event spaces for students, campus, non-profit organization as well as corporate events.

Pros

  • EMS helps us to utilize the space we have available to the max capacity.
  • Quick and effective on line scheduling.
  • Reports are easily obtained and reviewed providing valuable data.

Cons

  • They have grown so fast that I don’t feel like I connect with my customer representative. So I don’t always feel that I am up to date on their current product.
  • I am excited to see what they do with customer service as they have acknowledged this is an area of improvement.
  • Room utilization of space.
  • Reports have allowed us to provide quick and easy data to the university.
  • On-line reservation has streamlined the reservation process.
We have been loyal customers of EMS for many years and have not searched out any alternative programs.
Dependability, reliability and overall usage. EMS has been a great product, is easy to use, and is cost effective.
For our use and needs EMS is the right product.
It is user-friendly from the get-go. Obviously, it's room scheduling software and it ROCKS. Also, inventory control is great as well.
