Overall Satisfaction with Encompass from Ellie Mae
We use Ellie Mae Encompass to keep our mortgage department running efficiently and in compliance with the many regulations of our industry. What is great about Ellie Mae Encompass is you can use it straight out of the box or you can develop and customize it to meet all of your needs. They have lots of integration with other service providers and "add-ons" you can take advantage of.

- Additional Services Integrations
- For companies without a dedicated developer having a "dumbed down" version to play around in would be great.
- Being able to customize the workflow a little more to meet our unique workflow.
- The ability to control what information flows to some documents would be nice.
- We are having an easy time tracking our compliance and the timing of our documents under KBYO.
- Has made our processing times shorter.
- We have invested in some additional services from Ellie Mae in the last few months.

I have not been on Calyx since going to Ellie Mae in 2010/2011, but Ellie Mae's technology was far superior than it at that time. The e-sign abilities and the pipeline organization was fantastic. I felt like Encompass was the loan system that was most able to adapt to technology needs and wants.
