Overall Satisfaction with Engage121

Engage121 is used by editorial staff to post to social media channels using the face of a particular brand.
  • It does a good job of allowing for scheduling social media posts in advance.
  • Mentioning other Facebook pages without the help of higher up administrators is not possible.
  • Following other users of Facebook, Twitter, etc. is not straightforward like it is when just using the social media channels themselves.
  • Interaction back and forth is not as easy as on the social media channels themselves.
  • Making edits to already posted content isn't possible.
I only know that editors and the social media team use it, but there could be other's who do.
  • Scheduling posts ahead
While well suited for posting in advance/scheduling posts, it isn't so good at actual back and forth interaction with other social media users or for following other users.
