Engage121 Enterprise is a social media management, monitoring, publishing and reporting application serving multiple users across an enterprise – from brand managers, community managers, and the marketing team through to individual outlet owners.Engaging Engage121Franchisees within our brand would sign up to use Engage121. From the corporate office, I would then submit posts for the franchisees' social media pages. The platform was entirely opt-in for our users. Franchisees would also have the option to either accept the posts via email, or override that function. Engage121 is used by editorial staff to post to social media channels using the face of a particular brand.
  • It does a good job of allowing for scheduling social media posts in advance.
  • Mentioning other Facebook pages without the help of higher up administrators is not possible.
  • Following other users of Facebook, Twitter, etc. is not straightforward like it is when just using the social media channels themselves.
  • Interaction back and forth is not as easy as on the social media channels themselves.
  • Making edits to already posted content isn't possible.
While well suited for posting in advance/scheduling posts, it isn't so good at actual back and forth interaction with other social media users or for following other users.

Engage121 is a good platform for the franchising industry. You can schedule content and it gets posted on multiple accounts at the same time. This helps keep content consistent as well as take some of the workload off of the different locations. It's a great product for publishing content and running campaigns.
  • Software updates quickly
  • Customer service with Engage121 is very quick
  • Uploading images after you start a post
  • Analytics could be better
If you are in the franchising or multiple location industry, Engage121 could be very valuable and save a lot of time.
