CCM uses Engagedly as the software to track employees, goals, performance reviews, etc. It allows managers and employees to monitor our goals and performance. The software is easy to use and allows both the manager and the employee to see the same information.
- Place to store and track your goals.
- Great way to track employee performance.
- Allows HR and employees to see fellow employees birthdays, anniversary.
- Overall everything works well.
- Sometimes you need more space to make comments on review.
- I don't know the ROI.
- This software is much easy to use that what we were using.
- It really helps with the performance reviews.
