Overall Satisfaction with Engagedly

We were looking for a customizable Performance Management tool that allows us to tweak the process to our liking. Furthermore, we wanted a tool that's easy to use and looks engaging, topics such as performance management are not always sexy and if the tool looks like straight out of the 90s you are pretty much doomed to fail. But Engagedly was the winner of our internal evaluation and now we run our performance management process (goal setting, check-ins, feedback sessions) which Engagedly
