I use Engagedly to share sales progress reports. Exchange of documentation such as records, SOPs, HACCP, GMP's and documentation on Food Safety. As well as to keep me informed of what happens in the company. Finally to support dispatchers with their transition to the digital system and assist them with their educational modules.
- Create educational modules for staff training.
- It keeps us informed with the social tool, but with a complete directory it helps to find all the staff with their respective profiles.
- Allow us database visibility.
- Submit certain posts for approval before all users have access to it.
- Improve profile information directory.
- Version app and web that are as similar as possible.
- Job evaluations, monitor and report progress to job supervisors.
- Communications with co-workers, asking for feedback and measuring performance.
