Overall Satisfaction

I use Informer for creating reports for student information on our campus. It is used both for ad-hoc reports as well as Live Excel reports which can be setup and then run by end-users whenever they need an updated version of the spreadsheet.
  • Very intuitive.
  • Relatively short learning curve.
  • Graphical interface is slightly slower than the command prompt reporting I used to do.
  • Increased efficiency (Live Excel)
Very satisfied customer.
Great for universities that want to reduce the time it takes to train new employees to run reports. Also, the Live Excel feature helps take workload off of the report writers by giving end users reports they can refresh whenever they want.
