Overall Satisfaction with Envoy Visitors

We use Envoy Visitors to manage desks in our organization. We switched to a hoteling system post-pandemic and this allows us to let our associates pick the desk of their choice when in the office. We also created health screening questions to manage potential COVID exposures in our office but may be turning this feature off eventually.

Envoy Visitors is great for a mid to large sized organization that wants to implement hoteling in their office quickly and easily. It made it easy for us to collect employees' vaccination cards in a HIPAA safe way. It might not be well suited for smaller organizations who don't have many desks available.

Using Envoy Visitors

355 - All of our organization across every department. From administrative professionals to our C-suite, the entire company uses this product and has access from day 1 of employment.
2 - Our IT and technology team manages this software and is responsible for its operations day to day but post implementation there isn't a lot of management needed. We have an account rep we can contact if anything goes wrong, but it hasn't been an issue since we first went live with the product.
