Overall Satisfaction with Epicor Eclipse

Eclipse is used in every department within our company; primarily for purchasing and sales.

Pros

  • Very detailed and specific inventory control
  • Enhanced order entry and sales functionality
  • Strong control of purchasing attributes and managing the purchasing process

Cons

  • Better and more detailed sales analysis would be a great improvement
Not Sure
  • We were able to implement a new pricing strategy using Eclipse tools and data reporting. With a thorough review of product rankings and Eclipse's ability to specifically catalog products, we were able to improve our margins once we set our items and groups up correctly.
Intuitive order entry. Ease of managing sales information, pricing, product maintenance.
