Overall Satisfaction with Epicor Eclipse

Ease of navigating multiple screens, looking at MRP, item shortages, time phase to see when to order what to order and where to order. This helps us planning, scheduling issuing work orders, creating demand in system, placing orders by selecting best vendor for the job. Overall they continue to improve their platform especially with AI improvement that help provide better services to our customers and enhance order entry.

  • Delays in placement of order some time result in production interruption.
  • Eclipse has helped us improve our order accuracy and cut down on manual entry.
  • Gives us real-time inventory and pricing data so our sales are able to quote faster and more accurately.
  • Reporting is better so we close month-end 4 days faster.
Eclipse has a very intuitive and easy to navigate UI that streamlines our daily tasks like order entry, inventory lookups, and quoting.
We selected Eclipse because it fits distribution workflows better than its competitors. Also it has stronger counter sales and also will-call handling which has been very critical into our daily business operations.
