Overall Satisfaction with Epicor Kinetic

We use the software for planning production. We currently have a plastic injection molding facility in California. We use this software to also communicate cross-functionally and make decisions and priorities on the production planning and inventory control. Supply chain management module is also used extensively for supply planning high-risk suppliers.

I give this rating because the software has good functionality and usability. The system does not crash and can also be maintained under overall conditions in any business function. We utilize this to communicate effectively in various areas and make informed business decisions. This is highly rated as we make other changes to our organization.

It is well-suited for a medium/high-scale production facility. It can be used in any industry and also in any domain. We are currently using it for an injection molding company, but this can be expanded to our blow molding facility as well. It is also used for logistcis and route planninng
