Overall Satisfaction with eSign Genie
I work for an independent insurance agency located in Richmond, VA. We use eSign Genie daily to offer our clients the ability to sign their insurance documents electronically. We require signatures for our carrier applications, so we really have to use this software for those clients who like the convenience of signing documents digitally. Especially with the COVID-19 Pandemic, we have had to use e-signature options even more than usual since those who would have come in to the office to sign documents, had to stay home. Our whole company uses this product as a means to help clients in an efficient and cost-effective way.
- eSign Genie has a great Dashboard with everything you need on one screen.
- The learning curve was extremely low.
- It allows for customizations including putting your logo on documents.
- It would be great if I could add eSign Genie as an add-on for applications in Google and Microsoft 365.
- We use the e-signature and date signed boxes the most!!
- Saved and customizable templates are essential for efficiency.
- We need the reminders to keep us on top of our clients to ensure we are timely in submitting applications to our insurance carriers.
- eSign Genie has had a positive impact because of its great features at the right price. This is in line with our company motto "The Right Coverage at the Right Price".
