Overall Satisfaction with Everstage
Everstage is a fantastic tool for improvising your performance by forecasting. I have a suggestion where we have a policy where the three-month average should be 60% to attain an incentive; if there is any column that shows the last three months' average and shows how much we should achieve next month to achieve 60%, it will give knowledge for the employees to understand their current stage and will make them improve the performance to earn a commission

- There should have a column where we can see last 3 months achievement and commission
- There should be a place where we can calculate percentage achievement and commission alone
- We can add a column for date based calculation where if we have 3 days left for target it can show the customised calculation
- Forecasting commission
- Plan and proceed with targets
- Customised plan for earning commission based on buyers
I have not used any software like Everstage this is my first try. But this fits all my requirement as I am in sales we are happy to use in my company
