We use Everstage to automate commission calculation for 25+ Solution Consultants in our team on a quarterly basis. With this tool, we are able to provide clarity to the consultants in terms of how the commission was calculated, what deals and ARR value are under consideration, and accelerators if any that have been applied. This approach has allowed us to increase transparency amongst our team.
  • User friendly UI - It is easy to navigate the platform and learn the details without any additional help.
  • Ability to show the underlying formula that was used to calculate commissions.
  • Provide visibility on how far the consultant is from achieving their quarterly quota.
  • Automatically publish leader board for the team based on performance that drives the sense of friendly competition to succeed.
  • We have additional SPIFFs that need to be paid to the reps which are flat dollar amounts. We are not able to incorporate the same in this tool and as of now have to handle it outside as Everstage tends to convert everything in a percentage payout model and this does not work for our SPIFF model.
  • Everstage can have a guided tour for first time users. While the UI is very easy to understand a guided tour would make it much more simpler and would ensure that users uncover all the value associated with the tool.

We use Everstage to track our variable compensation for our sales and solutions engineering teams. Everstage provides visibility into the various components, including accelerators, multi-year bonuses, etc... removing the guess work or manual calculations involved in figuring out what expected commissions would be. This bridges the gap between IC's, finance, payroll, and others involved.

I have been using Everstage for three years, and it has been a great gamified platform to give the proper showcase of incentives and who's leading in the dashboard; the journey shows like a race court where what you have and else you need to do to win the race it gives the picture of that.

We use Everstage mainly to calculate incentives and do sales compensation. The dashboard of Everstage displays all the necessary information related to sales like Target, Leads, Opportunities and Revenue. I integrate Everstage with Salesforce Cloud and Salesforce Admin to effortlessly work on the job. I think the user interface is easy to use and data always gets updated over time-to-time which makes it even more useful.

I use Everstage more often for sales and revenue calculation. Employees and Team Lead/Manager use to view individual person's data and team's data which makes it effortless to them. Since we integrate it with Salesforce moreover the function remains more productive and useful. The dashboard is more easy because it displays all the data related to Sales and Revenue and, I think the user interface is super friendly too.

It's a good tool to have for incentives, and the display for an incentive dashboard where you can track your incentives accordingly, ranking dashboard is something creative that will always help in targetting more incentives, achieving more incentives. After Everstage implementation with Salesforce, i started tracking my incentives regularly and it helped me achieve my monthly goal.

I will give it 9 out of 10 because coming in the part of working for analysis of report and other things it's good, but for update it's time taking for every update and maintenance of every month data and last month and year data it is best and good and coming in the using part it's working good and using of this Everstage it's really good in terms of looking and analysis of monthly data for maintenance of the data and analytics of account data with your all the monthly report and all of your last year monthly report.

Everstage is a very helpful tool which show my effort ,hard work and the time which I have been spending on getting the revenue for my company by achieving my specific monthly Target in a numerical data [ my incentive]which keep me more motivated to keep performing every month. It addresses business problems by improving more transparency, automatically captures manual processes, ensuring fair incentive allocated for all individual employee capturing their performance. I am very much happy with the Everstage features as I can easily track my own daily and monthly incentives in one go. Happy to be a part of Everstage user.

It is easy to use the Everstage because I am able to track or my target, achievement, my bonus and all the relevant reports which is needed to track my overall performance for the month. also using this tool helps me to see what my other teammates are doing and if I am ahead of them or I still need to work to achieve my every month's target and earn incentives as much as possible. However if we can modify it to download the reports and use it offline, it can be a big help for the individuals

Once, when I got monthly bonus, there are mistakes in my pay slip which is not appropriate and I should have earned more according to the work I have done and the incentives I should get. Though Its a very customized and user friendly dash-board, all functions are customer relevant, But being a user, sometimes customers support system takes some more time to resolve the queries.

My experience with Everstage has been phenomenal. I can proactively go into it and see what I am getting paid well ahead of the commission being cut. Corner case scenarios that test the comp plan have always been calculated correctly on Everstage.Before Everstage, we didn’t have the time to get more creative with our commission plans because we couldn’t handle the workload through our existing system. Everstage allows us to approach our commission program with a customizable solution that offers more flexibility.Everstage has made our lives so much easier and allowed us to focus on other things. When it comes to bringing new hires into the system, it was a three-step process before whereas now I just add them into Everstage and I don’t have to do anything else. Everstage pretty much takes care of everything with no room for errors.We have deferred commissions that are to be closely watched and it is one of the biggest challenges for us. With Everstage, we know that the commissions calculated are accurate and we can trust the numbers that come out of Everstage to effectively manage deferred commissions.

My organization is currently using this took to calculate the bi monthly compensation incentives that we will be achieving as per the revenue that has been delivered. It is now fulfilling the delta we had wherein we were not able to get the exact amount of incentives we will be getting for a particular cycle.

It is quite suitable for team wise calculation of the incentives but I feel it might not be as relevant for teams that are too large in number and it might not be suitable for a cross functional level calculation.

Its a great app, 10 can be given to Ever stage. I' have worked in other companies same e learning department they do not have any such platform to calculate sales tactics. Every stage is a sales incentive management platform that helps to calculate my monthly incentive track vise and helps for recognizing my own sales performance as well.

Everstage is a good platform to check the real-time performance of our Sales team. It is motivating for the team to achieve high targets. Earlier we calculated commissions on a monthly basis but now with Everstage the commissions are updated on daily basis and the sales team is able to view the commissions the next day which is fantastic.
