As mentioned on the above question, it is most likely to be used by the employees who wants to track their performance on day to day basis.
It help them to keep their own record.
Salesforce can easily track their PLP and incentives based on the performance which makes the employee to work accordingly.

I use Everstage more often for sales and revenue calculation. Employees and Team Lead/Manager use to view individual person's data and team's data which makes it effortless to them. Since we integrate it with Salesforce moreover the function remains more productive and useful. The dashboard is more easy because it displays all the data related to Sales and Revenue and, I think the user interface is super friendly too.

I will give it 9 out of 10 because coming in the part of working for analysis of report and other things it's good, but for update it's time taking for every update and maintenance of every month data and last month and year data it is best and good and coming in the using part it's working good and using of this Everstage it's really good in terms of looking and analysis of monthly data for maintenance of the data and analytics of account data with your all the monthly report and all of your last year monthly report.

Once, when I got monthly bonus, there are mistakes in my pay slip which is not appropriate and I should have earned more according to the work I have done and the incentives I should get. I saw it in Everstage and informed the HR team for the same and they were able to revise the salary with exact amount of incentives.

What I like most about Everstage is seeing how I've performed against my monthly/quarterly/annual targets and ensuring the commissions team has the correct numbers. Everstage is a dedicated platform to resolve our day to day queries related to incentive, calculations of commission and other sales activities. Working as a sales executive, Its always a tough job for us to calculate our incentives and its visualization over a clear dash-board. With help of this user friendly platform, I can track my sales record and their incentive calculations. The best thing is monthly statements and the Accurate commissions calculations offered by them. Though Its a very customized and user friendly dash-board, all functions are customer relevant, But being a user, sometimes customers support system takes some more time to resolve the queries.

It is definitely suitable for the domain of sales B2B2C and the likes of it. Also they are pretty much efficient with the Salesforce Cloud.
It is quite suitable for team wise calculation of the incentives but I feel it might not be as relevant for teams that are too large in number and it might not be suitable for a cross functional level calculation.

There is nothing much to change in the platform as it ease the user experience for any sales field person in regards to incentive tracking , leaderboard for being more competitive among team members and even let me track my refunds from my monthly targets. Everstage is currently being used by our company to keep track of sales, incentives, prizes, and recognitions. And the dashboard and statements make all of this available. Our monthly performance is recognised via a leaderboard. We can quickly track our performance with Everstage, which is also user-friendly.
