Overall Satisfaction with Everstage
Everstage is a useful tool for viewing my statistics along with my other reports in a simplified manner. It makes the process much smoother for employees to view their own performance and compare it with previous performances and with others' as well. The statistics provided help with the calculations for an employee and reports provided will even provide the calculated results as well.
Pros
- Give statistics of any particular employee in a simplified manner
- Reports show the performances of the employee
- Makes it easier for having a comparison with a colleague or a team or past performances
Cons
- I would like to see the reports being constantly updated so that there is no miscalculations happening
- Statistics wise, if we can get a detailed report of events - it will be helpful
- UI is clean and efficient but probably can group things to make it more efficient
- At a business level, there are much more events to look out for in terms of ROI
- But at an employee level, it gives out a positive impact in terms of the performance and benefits of the performance
- It cuts out major events that is required to reach out to management in order to review your performance
