Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction

It is used organization wide to store information in a central location as well as coordinate our online and offline activity. We give everyone access in order to maintain it and keep our data up to date everyday. We also use the calendaring functions to track confirmed attendance and close out attendance once events are complete to schedule follow up. The online forms are great for collecting the necessary contact info and generating the lists of contacts we need.

I was not personally involved in the selection and implementation. I would say my only key advice is that the administrative user is up to date on all of the ways the system is being used, and what it is being used to replace when implementing the processes. That way there is a seamless transition.
I do not interact with every action’s staff and support team directly so I cannot answer this fully. That being said I know generally that they are responsive and are solutions oriented when we come to them with problems.
It has impacted our success fairly largely. We have been able to automate certain systems, integrate our calendar and Zoom meeting events, and keep track of people whom we engage with as well as people who engage with us and through which medium we communicated with them. It has allowed us to track our success much more accurately.

We replaced our previous product with every action due to the advertised features, and the advertised features as well as integration to our program has lived up to expectations. We have had an easier time training current staff as well as new staff on using the software and making it an integral part of their workflow.
I would say any scale political organization can use every action and utilize its tools in an effective way. It is appropriate for candidate work, or membership management, as well as advocacy on issues or general community outreach. I would say it is less appropriate for any group that doesn’t intend to do outreach via online, email, digital, and traditional methods.
