We use EveryAction to document actions by our personal, household, and professional supporters. EveryAction helps track their actions, interests, and potential to more effectively engage supporters when we make asks for advocacy or donations.

  • Export formats for reports
  • Set a baseline for continued improvement to membership numbers
  • Reports allow rapid responses for questions on campaigns for board, leadership
  • Increased coordination for giving asks related to free events
Some export formats frequently cause EveryAction to crash, and saving information and updates in Targeted Emails is not automatic, which can cause issues.
The advocacy and communication functions are our top-used functions. EveryAction is critical for the large reach of our small team.

The system does very well at tracking and reporting on individual gifts and actions, but attributing individual donations to across donors in households and organizations remains a difficult manual process. EveryAction source codes are also so helpful for seeing campaigns holistic impact, yet the event function struggles to reliably track attendees who did not register online.
