Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction

EveryAction helps me develop and maintain a base of contacts and advocates to help me reach new families with the resources our nonprofit provides. Before using this CRM I had file upon file of datasheets to help me maintain consistent communication with everyone but inevitably people would get lost in the pile of data. This system allows me to organize my contacts, communicate with them efficiently, and ensure that everyone always receives the most updated information that can help them in their daily lives.
  • Create and allow updates to contact profiles
  • Pull lists of current contacts with a helpful variety of datapoints (tags, codes, etc.)
  • Send uniform, branded, cleanly formatted emails to help engage contacts
  • I would like to be able to pull contacts by County instead of just zip code.
  • I would like a simpler process to delete obselete Activist Codes.
  • It would be nice if EveryAction provided a Bulk Upload Contact Sheet template to minimize the CRM rejecting bulk uploads.
  • Higher engagement
  • Clients receive more timely services
  • Better organization of tasks
I have no insights other than the fact that I am very happy with this service so far.
No one likes it when the system goes down and prevents you from doing your work. That being said, EveryAction has kept these instances to a minimum and they have only been a minor impediment to my work.
EveryAction has made my work in practically every area more efficient and effective. I am looking forward to exploring some of the other features within the CRM that I have not accessed yet to see how my work can grow even more!

I have worked with one other CRM in the past and know some of the difficulties in adapting a system to different sectors and styles of work. For the grassroots advocacy, information, and parent resource services that my nonprofit does, this CRM is perfectly suited to my work. I serve a wide geographic area and the tools that the CRM provides to pull lists, identify high engagement contacts, and message those contacts all make my job much easier.
