Overall Satisfaction with ExpressVPN

BC Systems is currently using ExpressVPN to maintain our privacy while researching parts and manufacturers online. I feel that using a VPN is essential in our work for the military and it adds a necessary level of protection against prying eyes and automated software that might collect our sensitive data and search history.
  • ExpressVPN was easy to install, and simple to connect to a VPN network.
  • ExpressVPN is available for multiple platforms and multiple browsers.
  • The price is reasonable for the added level of security it provides.
  • I would like the disconnect to be instantaneous. It is not.
  • Connectivity speed. The VPN did not slow me down.
  • Plugins for Firefox and Chrome were essential.
  • My customers are happy that I am using every security measure available. Increased sales.
  • Productivity has not decreased, while security level has increased.
  • The initial cost was reasonable.
I took a look at NordVPN, but the ratings for ExpressVPN were higher. More servers and faster transfer times made it a simple decision. I am glad I made the right choice.

I leave it connected all the time, whether I am browsing or not. It is a safety switch that needs to be engaged constantly to protect my computer from anyone or any organization wishing to gather data on my activity. My research suggested that a VPN may slow my search speed, but I have not found that to be the case. In fact, I can not even tell the difference in search speed when I am connected to the VPN or disconnected.
