Pros and Cons

Pros

It's reliable. It's absolutely reliable. From an availability perspective, I would say that's the extent that I know right now my current role.

Cons

From a load balancing perspective, it works the way we like it to work, so it's hard for me to say, but I think it's been a good product for us.

Return on Investment

I would say it's positive because we continue to use it. It's sort of a key product in our infrastructure. We use it heavily. From a load balancing perspective, it's very favorable. Hard for me to answer because I'm not exactly in that area, but I know it's been a positive for us.

Feature functionality, ease of use. When we have incidents, it's easy to navigate, to control load balancing so that I know when you're impacting hundreds of thousands of users in our customer and to be able to make quick decisions, make changes with the F5, it's amazing.

As a sort of a large healthcare company for us it works very well, particularly just from a load balancing perspective. So hard for me to answer, but I would say that for our use case it works really well.
