Overall Satisfaction with F5 BIG-IP

Our main use case is to protect our applications facing the internet with F5's WAF technology. The flexibility of F5 is unmatched :)

  • better protection for out APIs
  • better management of our backend servers
Overall we enjoy our experience working with BIG-IP. The documentation is well done.

WAF and LTM are working just fine and as expected. We have great experience with these 2 modules. GUI is kind of lacking behind, looks kind of old fashioned. Some controls could be improved. L7 ddos protection doesn't meet our expectations
