Overall Satisfaction with F5 BIG-IP

We use F5 BIG-IP for application load balancing and traffic management. The business problems the BIG-IP addresses is reliability and seamless redundancy when it comes to application delivery for our systems.

  • Web interface guidance
  • Provided application redundancy fail over which reduces outages
In order to get a VIP created, there are a lot of tasks that must first be completed in a specific order (I.e. adding node, pool, pool member, etc)

Yes

It is well suited for managing traffic to different systems and being able to load balance between locations/servers.
