Overall Satisfaction with F5 Distributed Cloud WAF (Web Application Firewall)

Pros

  • WAF is favorite module and love its insights
  • BOT analysis will be next and we are working on the use case now

Cons

  • Try to bring in the Cloudflare functionality so f5 will be the only product to deal with when it comes to application delivery
  • Create some tools which brings more visibility of traffic between f5 xc nodes and origin server. Now its kind of blindspot, not completely but yes
  • Definitely improved security posture and efficiency
  • Business outcome and reduced turn around for deployments
Well, given its distributed architecture. We could now deploy and secure apps irrespective of the environment (cloud/DC). Its simplicity in UI is what makes us to fall in love with this product
