Overall Satisfaction with F5 Distributed Cloud WAF (Web Application Firewall)

I'm using F5 Distributed Cloud WAF as a protection to our application from malicious attack and /or unauthorized access to to our application. WAF has proven as our frontline defender against external attack.

Pros

  • Block malicious traffic
  • Block SQL injection
  • Block unathorized access

Cons

  • Sometimes occurence level 1 is automatically block
  • Support ID sometimes not found in the event request
  • Geolocation block sometimes not working
  • Makes application security better
  • Lower TCO
  • Protect mostly agains all kind of internet attacks
Well, the F5 Distributed Cloud WAF is been a joyful experience for protecting our mobile applications against various attack types and patterns
F5 Distributed Cloud WAF has a complete learning & blocking settings that suits our apps environment
