Overall Satisfaction with Figma
Design Teams throughout the organization leverage Figma to create site maps and create iterative designs for various Digital Products, some of which are standalone and others that exist in an ecosystem being managed by multiple design teams. Having a unified space to house all designs makes access a lot simpler than it used to be when we had a Team plan. Our immediate team also leverages Fig Jam to plan collaboratively and create visual representations for things like user flows.
- Facilitates a collaborative environment.
- Provides features that support devs, making handoff simpler.
- Offers various integrations/plugins that allow us to address things, like accessibility easier (we are currently leveraging the Stark plugin)
- Permissioning can get tricky in the Enterprise offering, depending on how is initially setup
- Support organizations in having a good process in place before allowing anyone to start requesting/migrate over to enterprise licenses. Not having a good workflow in place can create a huge backlog of cleanup in the future.
- Consider a pro-rated charge model, similar to Miro, if possible. Calculating costs for many businesses within the Organization has been tricky, especially if they no longer need the license mid true-up.

- Streamline handoff
- Streamline prototyping (we used to have to leverage two separate tools to accomplish this)
- Allows us to collaborate in one unified tool for both planning and design.
