Overall Satisfaction with Figma
Our organization was running into collaboration issues when it came to mocking out new product features. We needed a solution that would allow for several team members to collaborate on design specs in real time and thats where Figma filled the gap. It is used primarily by members of our Product and Design team, however we have licenses for select individuals from other teams that need to provide qualitative feedback on mocks.

Not really a direct comparison or apples to apples in my opinion. Figma is solely focused on design creation, collaboration, and asset management whereas the others are collaboration tools but span various departmental verticals. Figma is a niche software that addresses our Product and Design needs more than the other two products we reviewed can.
