Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Filemaker Pro across the entire organization. Everyone is trained and we use it every day for Contacts, Leads, Deal Registrations, Quotes, Purchase Orders, Time Keeping, Shipping/Receiving and Expense Reports. I don't think it poses any problems in our business, we have always used it and will continue to use it happily.

Pros and Cons

It works great for Quotes and Purchase Orders.
One thing I love about Filemaker is how it interacts with MYOB our Finance App
Filemaker is always great at timekeeping

I have no complaints regarding Filemaker, I think its a great app

Filemaker is a great tool for adding serial numbers from orders and keeping track of Support Contracts and when they expire or need to be renewed.
