Overall Satisfaction with Fireflies.ai
I am using Firelies.ai to take notes during my virtual meetings. It helps me to automatically transcript all of my meetings from Google Meet and other various meeting platforms I use every day. And I'm also using Fireflies.ai to take notes during my online meetings, which is the best feature I love about this software.
Pros
- Helps in transcription & take notes.
- Listening to the meeting is very easy.
- Can be integrated into other various software.
- They also provide the option to download the meeting and the option to like & dislike the recording.
- And I love their soundbites features which I can use to highlight the specific part of the recording for future use.
Cons
- In their free version they have only 3000 minutes which is less I think, it will be great if they could increase it a little bit more for a free version. And also their pro version is overpriced for me.
- And I tried to stop the recording and it was showing me that everything recorded till now will be deleted from that particular meeting. Maybe I didn't know how to do it, or that's something they need to fix. Cause something I just want to stop the recording from Fireflies dashboard for the meeting.
- It has helped me keep the notes in more easier way.
- And also helped me by keeping the recording and providing the transcription of the meeting.
