Overall Satisfaction with Fleetio

We use Fleetio manage vehicle assignments, coordinate and pay for maintenance, schedule and assign inspections, and report on costs (maintenance, fuel) and usage.
  • User interface / ease of use
  • Reporting
  • Help and documentation
  • Continuously improving and adding new features
  • The WEX fuel card integration is a little wonky, but I don't know if that's a problem with Fleetio, WEX, or both.
  • Tracking vehicle assignments and usage
  • Reporting
  • Maintenance tracking / scheduling / payment
  • Less time spent managing the fleet
  • Better ability to perform maintenance
  • Scheduled inspections help with preventative maintenance and maintaining vehicle appearance.

Fleetio is well suited for managing vehicle fleets. It might be overkill for very small fleets, depending on the pricing, but I don't see any reason it wouldn't scale well to even very large fleets.
