Overall Satisfaction with Fleetsmith

I am the account holder and manager for our Fleetsmith account (Operations Team). We use Fleetsmith primarily for its ability to wipe devices remotely and control certain standards to meet with security regulations/ requirements for our clients.

  • Would love to see more applications to implement and control (i.e. Github, Trello, JIRA, Teamweek, GSuite)
  • We signed up under a pretense that Sophos would soon be available as an app. That has not happened and I do not believe there are any antivirus apps available.
  • The help center is lacking. As someone who is not in IT but is responsible for the IT of our small company, I find myself reaching out to someone at Fleetsmith at least twice a month. I would love a better education center to debrief all the capabilities of the product.
I'm very positive I am not using Fleetsmith to the best of its abilities. However, I don't have an account manager or designated contact to break down all the great features probably offered to users. I received a demo when we signed up and then nothing unless I reached out to customer support directly. Emails regarding updates and the resources in the help center are fine, however, it feels like as soon as I signed up I was unable to talk to a designated person who cared about maintaining our account.
Your customer support team is always available to answer my questions and they do get back in a timely fashion.
For the sake of transparency, Fleetsmith is MUCH cheaper which is why we went with it in the first place.
The customer service team is great at getting back to me and answering my questions.
