I have a team of professionals that I manage. My team provides our clients with accounting support and consulting services. My team uploads their reconciliations and supporting documents into FQ. I am the reviewer and use FQ to review the work of my team on a monthly basis. FloQast provides an easy way for my team to provide information to me for the monthly close. The program allows me to see the status of the monthly accounting close and provides a platform to coordinate efforts, a place for correspondence and keeping our work organized. The auto Prepaid amortization schedule has been very useful. I would like to see additional tools that will automate the analysis of the various accounts. I am a big fan of FloQast and insist my team use this program for every client I oversee.
- Organize workpapers, reconciliations, analysis.
- Status of monthly accounting close.
- Automation of schedules such as; Prepaid amortization schedules.
- I would like to see an automatic schedule for Fixed Asset - to determine and keep track of accumulated depreciation/amortization.
- I would like to see an interest accrual on notes payable be automated.
- FloQast has improved the review process and efficiency for managers overseeing teams of professionals.
FloQast has definitely improved my efficiency in reviewing the month end work of my team.
I was not aware FloQast had audit readiness tools.
