FloQast is a game changer! Significant time savings and confidence in completion of month end tasks.

FloQast has become an instrumental tool in our monthly close process. We have our monthly checklist, as well as all balance sheet reconciliations housed in FloQast. It has alllowed us to streamline our close process and created awareness around where we are at in the process. Additionally, we utilize the AutoRec functionality to reconcile thousands of transactions per month. We are primarily an e-Commerce business distributing products throughout the United States. We utilize the AutoRec feature to ensure that the cash we receive matches the revenue recorded for each of those transactions.

FloQast Reconciliation Management has been an absolute game changer for our team. We have been able to continue operating while growing 20%+ year in volume without adding additional teammates as we are able to automation so much of our reconciliation process. Without FloQast, we were looking at adding additional headcount and personnel expense to be able to keep up with the increasing volume of transactions.

We have not utilized FloQast's audit report tools significantly to date. We are able to quickly pull reconciliations for all accounts and provide to the auditors as needed. This is an area of opportunity for us to utilize the software further and continue to increase our demonstration of internal controls and centralize supporting documentation.
