Overall Satisfaction with FlowMapp
After weeks of trial and error, and many false starts with other user journey mapping software, FlowMapp was the tool that finally clicked for us. We use FlowMapp to create buyer personas and map out accompanying user journeys, and create sitemaps for our web design clients. Having all of these assets in one place is useful, as is the overall design of the user journey mapping aspect, especially.

- Export feature is a little buggy
- Limited assets in the user flow function
- Only one sitemap per project
- The "snap-to-grid" isn't always ideal
- Saves design time for creating appealing sitemaps and flows to present to clients
- Helpful for presenting to clients with limited knowledge of user journey mapping
