Overall Satisfaction with FormAssembly

We used to use paper form to get student requests which got lost or lost track. After using Formassembly, we convert all paper forms digital forms. It is easier to track the progress.

Pros

  • UI
  • easy to use
  • good log

Cons

  • if things go wrong, it can send out notifications not just the form owner
  • it saves us a lot of time
  • can provide students status
we integrate FormAssembly with salesforce. all student forms are built by FormAssembly
