Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Foxit PDF Editor (FoxitPhantom) for filling out PDF forms, editing forms, and requesting eSignatures for forms. The program gives us the ability to quickly open any PDF form and prepare it for our business purposes with relative ease. The program also gives us the ability to get signatures quickly and efficiently instead of having to request for customers to print, sign, and scan and email back to us.

Usability

Foxit PDF Editor (FoxitPhantom) is very easy to use. The software works very well. There are a few items that can be improved, but are not major issues. It has all necessary features that we use on a daily basis. And it is simple to navigate and use for filling forms, editing forms, and eSignatures.

Foxit PDF Editor (FoxitPhantom) is cheaper and easier to purchase and renew. It's layout is easier to navigate. They have used the same type of layout as Microsoft Office products so it is easier for Team Members to find what they need. It also has a few more features than Adobe Acrobat Pro for the basic users day to day needs.
