Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight CS
In our organization, We use Gainsight for our teamed CS model. Primarily success plans to work together as a team and understand the latest customer sentiment. We also use the CTA's to assign customer engagements and work on objectives for customer outcomes.

- Documentation
Cons
- UI/UX - Not expanding when selecting calendar dates.
- UI/UX - Not saving text in fields automatically
- We have been able to effectively work together in a teamed model and share information cross-functionality
