Overall Satisfaction with GetAccept
GetAccept is used by primarily the sales team within the business to send out contracts and have them returned in a safe, simple, and convenient manner for everyone involved. However, every function of the business relies and leverages GetAccept to some degree. The ability to send a virtual contract out to a prospect within a few minutes of having a deal agreed massively cuts down on the turnaround of getting the deal finalized and starting the on boarding and integration process for the new client. The system is also very secure, allowing the business to send formal contracts without GDPR or privacy worries.
Pros
- Extremely easy to use UX/UI.
- Ability to send reminders covertly to prospects who have yet to sign the contract.
- Ability to have multiple engagement touch points with the prospect.
- Excellent customer success, always very quick to respond to queries.
Cons
- None that I can think of at present.
- Being able to engage prospects who have not signed the contract as quickly as you would have liked them is a huge plus.
- Being able to see how long the prospect has viewed certain parts of a proposal or contract is a massive added on value.
