GetAccept is being used within our sales team to streamline the contract/agreement process. GetAccept helps expedite the authorized signature process and houses the data for future reference. Having documents time and date stamped is important.
- The ability to forward agreements along with a video of me describing the agreements. It makes it more personalized and it's always well received by the recipient.
- You can track in real time when a document has been viewed and for how long.
- You can always reference the history of each client agreement. Easy access.
- At the moment, I do not have any examples for areas that GetAccept has room for improvement.
- The positive impact is that contracts and agreements are signed off on a lot faster than just scanning and emailing documents.
GetAccept is easier to use and has much more functionality.
