Overall Satisfaction with GetAccept

GetAccept is being used by our revenue team, both sales and customer success. It solves the problem of not having transparency around our document sharing. We are constantly developing new products and we love GetAccept's templates library to act as our centralized deposit of all active documents. Before GetAccept it was challenging to track down documents, proposals, and presentations. I also like using GetAccept for pre-sales because it doesn't feel as formal as an e-signature, but still more formal then sending a prospect a google doc.
  • Template Library for organizing active documents.
  • Dashboard for birds-eye view of every presentation and sales proposal out for signature.
  • Integrations for easily plugging in company and contact data.
  • Cloning documents with the same recipients is more clicks then it could be.
GetAccept is far easier to use than both of the options listed above. DocuSign does a lot of things that small and mid-market companies don't need, and is more expensive. PandaDoc was difficult to edit and the Salesforce integration was hard to use as a rep.

GetAccept is well suited for sales teams who are sharing documents and sending signatures for proposal. Engineering and product teams its probably less appropriate, unless they're looking for transparency into who is viewing what they're sharing and have timestamps. Executive teams are well suited to use GetAccept because it's user-friendly and easy to log in to.
