Overall Satisfaction with GetAccept
We use GetAccept purely for educational purposes in Business Management courses in the university where I work. GetAccept is very useful for interactive activities with students during courses. In particular, we use it in mapping potential stakeholders of new products and verifying models to shorten the overall sales cycle. In particular, we use the free version of the software. GetAccept is also very useful in the mobile version, thanks to which students can interact even outside of class hours.
Pros
- GetAccept allows you to speed up all analyzes aimed at shortening a sales cycle.
- The mobile version allows us to increase the interaction of our students.
- It allows you to easily keep under control the exchange of all the documentation of a contract with a customer.
Cons
- The graphical interface needs some improvements, especially on the mobile version, to speed up the various operations.
- Some operations are not fully automated. For example, there are no templates available to create a contract proposal.
- GetAccept does not allow you to gradually monitor the changes made by customers.
- Presence of an easy-to-use interface for mobile systems.
- GetAccepts allows users to interact simultaneously to carry out operations (particularly sending and receiving documents).
- GetAccept allows you to manage several different contracts and with other customers simultaneously and with great ease.
- It has incredibly increased the efficiency of students' work thanks to the possibility to work remotely with mobile devices.
- GetAccepts has made it possible to create very realistic sales simulations, even if it is not educational software. It is therefore very flexible in its uses.
- The possibility of tracking each page that is viewed helps evaluate what the Client is thinking.
This is the first time I have used software like GetAccept after it was recommended to me by a colleague. Therefore I cannot compare with other similar software. Indeed, the shortcomings of GetAccept (such as the interface to be improved or the difficulty in using the same template for multiple contracts) will push me to look at other software that has better performance.
