Overall Satisfaction with Giftbit
We used Giftbit to send incentives in bulk. It saved us substantial time and saved us money since we were able to avoid individual service fees for each gift card. We were also able to customize incentives by allowing the person we sent it to choose their desired gift card.

- Save time by saving contact lists and email templates
- I didn't love having to buy credits in advance, but since Giftbit recommended how many we'd need to buy, it wasn't terrible.

- We've saved substantial time, in turn saving our margins since less time was having to be billed against a job.
