Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

We have been able to use GiveSmart for over 8 campaigns in the past year. That has included everything from a golf outing to a car raffle to a scavenger hunt.
  • We love that we can host unlimited campaigns. We have been able to use GiveSmart in ways we hadn't even thought of when we signed up for the service.
  • We are looking forward to being able to add tabs to the top of the campaign site.
  • GiveSmart has allowed us to have an online platform for all of our fundraising needs.
GiveSmart has been easy to [...] learn.
Overall GiveSmart is easy to learn. When you have a question, they customer service always helps you out.
They have been able to answer my questions within 24 hours of me asking the question.
We love that you can design your own banner for the website and adjust the colors to fit the style you are looking for.
I have shared how we use GiveSmart with other nonprofits in the area and they have loved it.
